Event software that gets out of the way.

Gomry is an event ticketing and management platform. Organizers use it to create free or paid events, sell tickets, invite and approve attendees, check people in at the door, and get paid out to their bank.

What Gomry does

Gomry covers the whole lifecycle of an event: building the event page and its ticket types, taking payment online or in person, managing the guest list through invitations, approvals and waitlists, running the door with a QR scanner, and paying the organizer out afterwards.

Attendees use Gomry from the other side — to discover events near them, register or buy tickets, and keep those tickets in a wallet on their phone.

What you can do with it

Sell tickets, free or paid

Unlimited events, unlimited attendees and unlimited ticket types. Set capacity per type, require approval before a ticket is issued, run promo codes, and sell merch add-ons alongside the ticket. Attendees pay with over 100 methods, including major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and local payment methods.

Run the door from a phone

Scan QR codes to check people in, and take card payments at the door with Tap to Pay — no extra hardware. Door sales appear in the same reporting as online sales.

Manage who comes

Send invitations by email, SMS or WhatsApp, approve or waitlist requests, ask your own questions with custom registration forms, and message guests directly from the dashboard.

Run recurring sessions

Experiences handle classes, sessions and bookable slots that repeat, and bundles let you sell a set of sessions across one or more experiences as a single purchase.

Get paid

Request a payout to your bank account from your balance page. Standard payouts take three to five business days and are free; instant payouts arrive in minutes for US dollar payouts to a US bank account, for a 3% fee. You can download a full financial report as PDF, Excel or CSV.

Connect it to everything else

A REST API and webhooks sync your event, attendee and contact data with your own tools, embeddable widgets put checkout on your own site, and an MCP server connects AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT directly to your account.

What it costs

Hosting is free. There is no subscription, no minimum and no commitment, and free events carry no fees at all. Paid tickets carry a service fee of 3.99% + €0.79 plus payment processing, charged to the attendee at checkout by default — though you can choose to absorb it yourself, per ticket type. Organizations processing over $100K a year can arrange a Custom plan with negotiated rates.

For developers and AI agents

Gomry exposes a REST API at www.gomry.com/api/v1 for reading and writing events, ticket classes, attendees, spaces, experiences and contacts, authenticated with an organization-scoped key. It also runs an MCP server at www.gomry.com/api/mcp so AI assistants can work with your events in natural language, and supports agentic checkout so an agent can buy a ticket on someone's behalf.
