David Glover is a British geneticist and Research Professor of Biology and Biological Engineering at the California Institute of Technology. He has served as the Balfour Professor of Genetics at the University of Cambridge, as well as a Wellcome Trust investigator in Cambridge's Department of Genetics. Additionally, he was a Fellow of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, and serves as the first editor-in-chief of Open Biology, an open-access journal published by the Royal Society.
