Shallou is the stage name of Joe Boston, a Los Angeles-based singer, producer, and DJ. Known for producing ambient, house melodies paired with soulful vocals, the artist has carved a niche within the indie and electronic music scenes. After releasing his debut EP, All Becomes Okay, in May 2017 and the EP Souls in April 2018 through his own label, Sleeptalker, Shallou signed with Island Records in 2019. This led to the release of his debut album, Magical Thinking, in early 2020.
