# Bad Company

Bad Company is an English rock supergroup formed in London in 1973. The band was founded by singer Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke, both formerly of Free, alongside former Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs and former King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell. Managed by Peter Grant until 1982, the group featured Kirke as its only constant member throughout its entire run. Kirke and Ralphs were the sole members to perform on every studio album. Following the deaths of Burrell in 2006 and Ralphs in 2025, Kirke and Rodgers remain the surviving members of the original line-up.
