# Bleeding Through

Bleeding Through is an American metalcore band from Orange County, California, formed in 1999. Heavily influenced by Swedish melodic death metal and hardcore punk, the group was originally established by lead vocalist Brandan Schieppati. After releasing the independent albums Dust to Ashes in 2001 and Portrait of the Goddess in 2002, Schieppati focused fully on the project. The band's lineup also includes drummer Derek Youngsma, keyboardist Marta Demmel, and guitarists John Arnold and Brandon Richter. By 2024, the band had achieved global sales of more than 400,000 albums.
