Counting Crows is an American alternative rock band from Berkeley, California. Formed in 1991, the band features vocalist Adam Duritz, rhythm guitarist David Bryson, keyboardist Charlie Gillingham, lead guitarist Dan Vickrey, multi-instrumentalist David Immerglück, bassist Millard Powers, and drummer Jim Bogios. Former members of the group include drummers Steve Bowman and Ben Mize, as well as bassist Matt Malley.
