Modestep is an English dubstep and electronic rock act from London, currently performing as a solo project by DJ and record producer Josh Friend. Originally founded as a band in 2008, the project transitioned to a solo act after member Pat Lundy departed in 2022. Modestep's discography includes the 2013 debut album Evolution Theory, which featured singles such as "Feel Good" and "Sunlight", and the 2015 follow-up album London Road. The act has also released multiple singles on the Monstercat label and several EPs through Disciple Records.
