Emma Prévot is a Statistics PhD student at the University of Oxford, fully funded and stipended by the UKRI EPSRC Centres for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Health Data Science. Her doctoral research focuses on developing statistical, generative, machine learning models for healthcare, focusing on causal models to better understand and predict treatment responses and disease progression in Multiple Sclerosis. Emma has received multiple academic distinctions for outstanding performance across UCL, Cambridge, and Oxford. In 2025, she was recognised by Nova Talent as the most promising student in Italy across all disciplines, earning the SuperNova Award, and received the Premio Italia Giovane, granted to only ten Italians under 35 nationwide for exceptional merit. Her journey has been featured by major outlets including La Repubblica, Il Giorno and Fondazione Leonardo. Beyond academia, Emma has working experience in top-tier companies such as J.P. Morgan and Novartis, and she is also active in venture capital and consulting, specialising in AI-driven innovation and health technologies.
