Property Deal Network — Sevilla, Spain

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Sevilla, Spain?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

About the venue

A bar with a large terrace rated 3.6 from around 1,480 reviews and mid-priced. It opens at 1pm and runs to 3am midweek, so timing is unconstrained. Reviewers consistently praise the leafy outdoor seating as a refuge from the Seville heat, which makes it well suited to an evening event in summer.
