Property Deal Network — Quebec City, Canada

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Quebec City, Canada?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: fourth Thursday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: 3 Brasseurs - Grande Allee, 650 Grande Allee Est, Quebec, QC, G1R 2K5

Getting there

The venue is on Grande Allee Est in the Upper Town, walking distance from the Plains of Abraham and the Parliament building. Quebec City has no metro, so arrival is by bus, taxi or car. Two car parks are close: one on Rue Berthelot about a minute away, and a larger lot at 225 Grande Allee Est six minutes away - expect central Quebec rates of around CAD 27 for three hours.

About the venue

A brewpub on Grande Allee rated 4.1 from more than 2,500 reviews, mid-priced, part of the 3 Brasseurs chain. It opens at 11:30am and closes at 10pm midweek, so a 7pm start leaves a three-hour window - the tightest close of any venue in this set, worth noting if your events tend to run late. Reviewers praise the beer and flammekueche.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
