Property Deal Network — Toronto, Canada

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Toronto, Canada?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: first Thursday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Big Trouble, 460 Dundas Street West, #2nd floor Toronto, ON, M5T 1G9

Getting there

The 505 Dundas streetcar stops at Dundas St W and Huron St, essentially outside the door - about a minute's walk. The nearest subway is TMU on Line 1, seventeen minutes east on foot, so the streetcar is the sensible approach; St Patrick station on Line 1 is also within a short streetcar hop. Parking in this stretch of Chinatown is limited and mostly on-street, so transit or a rideshare is the easier arrival.

About the venue

An Asian-inspired cocktail and small-plates bar on the second floor just off Chinatown, rated 4.3 from over 800 reviews and mid-priced. Note the opening pattern: it is closed Monday and Tuesday and opens at 5:30pm from Wednesday. Happy hour runs 5:30pm to 7:30pm, which overlaps the start of a 7pm event.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
