Property Deal Network — Munich, Germany

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Munich, Germany?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: third Wednesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: The Keg Bar, Trautenwolfstrasse 1, Munchen, 80802

Getting there

Giselastrasse U-Bahn on the U3 and U6 is a three-minute walk, putting the venue about ten minutes from Marienplatz by train. Munchen Hauptbahnhof is 2.8km away, so arrive by U-Bahn rather than on foot from the main station. For drivers, the PARK ONE garage at Feilitzschhofe by Munchner Freiheit is five minutes away and open 24 hours - note reviews report it is cash-only, so bring notes rather than relying on a card.

About the venue

A long-running bar in Schwabing rated 4.4 from around 1,600 reviews, mid-priced, with an Irish-pub feel and a well-regarded kitchen. It opens at 6pm midweek and runs to 1am, so a 7pm start sits comfortably inside service. Reviewers describe it as busy and sociable, and note the kitchen winds down well before closing.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
