Property Deal Network — Valencia, Spain

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Valencia, Spain?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: first Thursday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Cafe Berlin, Carrer de Cadis, Valencia, 46006

Getting there

The venue is on Carrer de Cadis in L'Eixample. Xativa metro, beside the Estacio del Nord, is a seven-minute walk and is the main city-centre interchange; Colon is eleven minutes. The Astoria car park is on the same street barely a minute away, but note it closes at 9pm midweek and requires you to leave your keys and pay cash - so it does not suit an evening event. Street parking or a nearby 24-hour garage is the better option.

About the venue

A cocktail bar rated 4.0 from more than 2,200 reviews, mid-priced. It opens at 7pm every day - exactly your start time - and runs to 2:30am, so there is no setup window unless you arrange early access. Reviewers praise the bartenders and the cocktail list, and describe a relaxed room with an international crowd.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
