What happens at PDN Winnipeg, Canada?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: third Tuesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Confusion Corner Drinks + Food, 500 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0P1

Getting there

The venue takes its name from Confusion Corner, the junction where Corydon, Osborne, Pembina and Donald meet just south of the city centre - a well-known landmark and easy to direct people to. Winnipeg has no rapid transit, so arrival is by car, bus or taxi, with parking in the surrounding Corydon Avenue blocks.

About the venue

A restaurant and lounge bar rated 4.3 from around 1,200 reviews, mid-priced, with a rooftop deck that reviewers rate highly in warmer months. Open until 11pm midweek. Importantly it is closed on Mondays, and reviewers note it is used for private functions, so it is accustomed to groups.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
