Property Deal Network — Lisbon, Portugal

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Lisbon, Portugal?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: fourth Tuesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: ROOFTOP - TOPO MARTIM MONIZ, Praca Martim Moniz, #Piso 6, Lisboa, 1100-341

Getting there

About as well connected as a venue gets: Martim Moniz metro on the Green line is a minute from the door, and the square is also the terminus for the 28 tram. The venue is on the sixth floor of the Centro Comercial - take the lift straight to level 6, as reviewers note the stairs stop at the fourth. A car park sits on the same square a minute away, though its reviews are poor and it reportedly accepts only Portuguese cards or cash.

About the venue

A rooftop cocktail bar rated 4.3 from nearly 4,000 reviews, mid-priced, with views over the square towards the castle. Open from 12:30pm to 1am midweek. It has an indoor lounge on one side and a terrace on the other, plus free vintage arcade games - a flexible space that works whether the weather holds or not.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
