Property Deal Network — Montreal, Canada

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Montreal, Canada?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: first Thursday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Winnie's Bar Restaurant, 1455 Rue Crescent, Montreal, QC, H3G 2B2

Getting there

Guy-Concordia on the Green Line is four minutes' walk and Peel, also Green Line, is five - so the venue is well served from either direction along Sainte-Catherine. Drivers have a lot almost next door at 1420 Rue Crescent, about a minute away, though its reviews are poor on both pricing and manoeuvring space; the Concordia-area garages are a better bet for a larger car.

About the venue

A bar and restaurant on Rue Crescent rated 3.9 from around 260 reviews, mid-priced, open from midday to 3am every day. It has a rooftop terrace, which reviewers rate highly in warm months. The room shifts towards a nightclub feel later in the evening, so an earlier finish suits a networking format better.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
