Property Deal Network — Vancouver, Canada

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Vancouver, Canada?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: second Tuesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Alibi Room, 157 Alexander Street, #200 Vancouver, BC, V6A 1B8

Getting there

The venue sits on Alexander Street on the edge of Gastown, close to the waterfront. Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain on the Expo and Millennium lines is about eleven minutes' walk, and Main Street-Science World is fifteen - so it is walkable from transit but not adjacent. Street parking in this stretch is limited; the surrounding Gastown lots or a rideshare are the easier options for an evening.

About the venue

A gastropub rated 4.4 from more than 2,700 reviews, mid-priced, with a beer list reviewers rate among the best in the city. Note the closing time: 10pm Monday to Thursday, earlier than most venues here, so a 7pm start gives three hours. Reviewers describe it as relaxed and unpretentious, slightly away from the busiest part of Gastown.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
