Property Deal Network — Milan, Italy

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Milan, Italy?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: second Wednesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Luma Cocktail Bar, 39 Via Pietro Borsieri, Milano, 20159

Getting there

The venue is on Via Pietro Borsieri in the Isola district. Isola station on the M5 (lilac) line is a four-minute walk, which connects to Garibaldi for the M2 and mainline trains. Parcheggio Restelli is six minutes away, open 24 hours at around 3 euro an hour - worth knowing that Milan's Area C congestion charge applies on weekdays in the historic centre, though Isola sits outside it.

About the venue

A cocktail bar rated 4.6 from a smaller base of around 100 reviews, mid-priced, opening at 6pm and running to 1am midweek. Reviewers highlight the aperitivo offering and a welcoming bar counter. It is a compact room rather than a large one, so it suits a smaller gathering better than a full-capacity event.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
