Property Deal Network — Porto, Portugal

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Porto, Portugal?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: first Tuesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: The Social Hub Restaurant & Bar Porto, 80 Praca de Dom Joao I, Porto, 4000-065

Getting there

The venue is on Praca de Dom Joao I in the middle of Porto. Trindade metro - the busiest interchange in the city - is a six-minute walk, and Bolhao is closer still. D. Joao I Parking is directly beneath the square, a minute away and open 24 hours, though reviews report thefts from vehicles on lower levels, so park high or use the metro.

About the venue

The venue is the bar and restaurant of The Social Hub, a hotel rated 4.7 from around 960 reviews with a rooftop bar and pool terrace. Being a hotel rather than a pub, it is set up for events and meetings, and the ground-floor spaces are designed as work-and-social areas - well suited to a networking format. Reviewers consistently praise the staff but note service at the rooftop bar can be slow when busy.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
