Property Deal Network — Marbella, Spain

A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Marbella, Spain?

People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: third Thursday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: Soho Market Marbella, CC Guadalmina IV, Local 30 Bajo, 29670 San Pedro Alcantara, Malaga

Getting there

The venue is in the Guadalmina IV centre at San Pedro Alcantara, in the Marbella municipality but around 10km west of Marbella old town - a short drive rather than a walk from the centre. It sits just off the N-340 at exit 170. The San Pedro bus terminal is about twenty minutes' walk, so most attendees will drive or take a taxi; the Guadalmina centre has extensive free parking directly outside.

About the venue

A market-style venue rated 4.3 from around 250 reviews, housing independent food outlets, boutiques and a bar around a shared seating area, with a terrace. Hours suit an evening event well: 9am to 11pm Monday to Wednesday, extending to 1:30am on Thursday. Reviewers describe it as a relaxed, sociable space with varied food. PDN has run here for three years, so the room is a known quantity.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
