The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.

Who typically attends?

Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Practical details

When: first Wednesday of each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: The Lazy Bulldog Pub, Orfeos & Persefonis, Gazi, 118 54 Athens

Getting there

The venue is in Gazi, the former gasworks district west of the centre and now one of Athens' main nightlife areas. Keramikos metro on Line 3 is roughly a hundred metres away - reviewers mention it specifically - which connects directly to Syntagma and the airport. Given central Athens traffic and parking, the metro is comfortably the best approach.

About the venue

A pub rated 4.6 from around 1,845 reviews - the highest-rated venue in this group - and inexpensive, with reviewers noting large portions at low prices. Two points that suit a networking event: smoking is not permitted indoors, which is unusual in Athens and makes the room more comfortable, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. A wide craft beer range including Greek breweries.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
