The Dead Daisies are an Australian-American hard rock band formed in Sydney in 2013. Spearheaded by guitarist David Lowy, the band functions as a sort of supergroup featuring a rotating lineup of musicians who have otherwise played with groups including Whitesnake, Black Sabbath, and Foreigner. Since its formation, the group has issued various live and studio-based releases, beginning with an eponymous debut album released by Spitfire Music in August 2013.
