Puglia Insider - Twilight Sound Bath Experience

It starts on August 29th at 19:30: a floating sound bath at Masseria San Giovanni as the first stars make their appearance and you float on super soft mattresses that carry you in the water to the sounds of beautiful instruments. Listen to your breath, feel your heart beat, the blood quietly running through your veins, and immerse in gratitude for everything that is you in the present moment. Enjoy this magical moment here in Puglia, at one of the most beautiful and authentic masteries in Fasano.

The session is led by Karolina Grassi.
