<p>Materialize is hosting an intimate, invitation-only group of senior AI, data and engineering leaders for an evening on the water. We'll board a private yacht on the Hudson and head north under the George Washington Bridge toward the Palisades, hopefully with some fall foliage along the way.<br><br>The conversation on board is Getting Your Databases Ready for the Next Generation of Agents. Agents are only as reliable as the data underneath them, and the interesting failures show up the moment they need to act on live data rather than read a report about it. <br><br>We'll open with a short discussion on what has to change underneath the database layer so agents can read from it and act on it without working off stale state, and what teams are doing about it today.<br><br>After that the floor is open.
