## About

<p>Good morning everyone! ☀️</p><p>We are really happy to see so many of you wanting to join our first hiking trip of this year, organized by ESN Alba Iulia and SUB HEAC! 🤝🥾</p><p>Here is a message from Paul, the founder of the SUB HEAC concept:</p><p>⛰️ <em>I’m looking forward to taking you hiking on Piatra Craivei!</em> It’s a beautiful spot high above the village of Bucerdea Vânoasă.</p><p>⚠️ To have a great experience, we need to be a bit prepared and responsible regarding our gear and fitness. The hike is not super hard, but let’s be honest – it’s still a mountain!</p><p>💪 It is important that everyone has proper sports shoes and clothes, water, snacks, and a good mood. We are a big group, and that’s exactly what will make this day unforgettable—as long as we look after each other and keep the energy positive!</p><p>🚗 <strong>Transportation details:</strong><br>A few participants will be coming with their own cars and will be able to take some other participants with them. The remaining participants will be asked to arrange a Bolt/Uber ride to <strong>Bucerdea Vânoasă</strong>, where we will meet before starting the hike.</p><p>💰 <strong>Estimated cost:</strong> Around <strong>55 RON per person in total</strong>, including <strong>25 RON for the guided hike</strong> and approximately <strong>30 RON for transportation</strong>. The transportation cost may vary depending on the ride and how many people share it.</p><p>🥾 Get ready for a beautiful day in nature, amazing views, and great company! We can't wait to share this experience with all of you! 💚</p><p>Piatra Craivei: check the link<br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wD1O4-oF4LM">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wD1O4-oF4LM</a></p>

## Ticket types

| ticket type id | name | price | currency | buyable now | per order | approval | sales end |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `WqZorzKrQca3Vwa1pFxp` | Regular Ticket (25 RON) CARD | free | ron | yes | 1–unlimited | no | — |
| `n9LdxN48YYt7djX5jL8B` | Regular Ticket (25 RON) CASH | free | ron | yes | 1–unlimited | no | — |

Prices exclude the service fee. `buyable now` is a boolean, not a count —
remaining stock is the organizer's information and is not published; create
a checkout session to find out whether a given quantity fits.

## Buying this for a person

Two ways, depending on what you can do:

- You can pay with a Stripe Shared Payment Token: buy it yourself through the
  API (see "Buying this through the API" below, when this event has it).
- You can't: send the buyer the link for the ticket they want. It opens Gomry
  checkout with that ticket selected, and they pay there with a card, Apple Pay
  or Google Pay. No credential and no payment token needed.

- Regular Ticket (25 RON) CARD (free): https://www.gomry.com/event/Hiking-Trip-to-Piatra-Craivei-17102026-U9JAEOMG79zeTRkexNTD/getTickets?utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=catalogApi&ticket_type=WqZorzKrQca3Vwa1pFxp
- Regular Ticket (25 RON) CASH (free): https://www.gomry.com/event/Hiking-Trip-to-Piatra-Craivei-17102026-U9JAEOMG79zeTRkexNTD/getTickets?utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=catalogApi&ticket_type=n9LdxN48YYt7djX5jL8B

## Registration questions

| question id | question | type | required | answerable | options |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `obwlasy4eli2f6k31x83ic` | 🛑Read carefully this part🛑 - Transfer information if you pay by card: | dropdown | yes | yes | Understood |
| `gfstmea7d5si5xt75a4769` | Please upload the proof of 25 RON transfer if you pay by card: | file | no | no | — |
| `mkc0v0a0ynq8hcotpvgx` | 💵 Cash Payment | dropdown | no | yes | I will pay cash on 17th of October |

Send these back as `attendee_answers` (`{ question_id, value }`). A missing
required answer keeps a checkout session unpayable. `dropdown` and
`multipleChoice` answers must match one of the listed options exactly.

A row with `answerable: no` is a file upload, which has no JSON
representation. It never blocks the sale — the organizer follows up.

## Buying this through the API, end to end

This ticket is free, so any agent can buy it end to end: no payment token.
Call `complete` with a body of `{}`, without `payment_data`.

The `ticket type id` column above is `items[].id` below. This body is
complete and can be sent as it stands, with the buyer details replaced:

```
POST https://www.gomry.com/api/v1/checkout_sessions
Authorization: Bearer <token>
API-Version: 2025-09-12
Content-Type: application/json
{
  "items": [
    {
      "id": "WqZorzKrQca3Vwa1pFxp",
      "quantity": 1
    }
  ],
  "buyer": {
    "name": "Ada Lovelace",
    "email": "ada@example.com"
  },
  "attendee_answers": [
    {
      "question_id": "obwlasy4eli2f6k31x83ic",
      "value": "Understood"
    }
  ]
}
```

The response `totals` is the authoritative price — it includes the service
fee, which is not in the table above and depends on the cart and the
organizer's fee settings. Never compute a total from this document.

No human is needed for the credential: register at `https://www.gomry.com/api/mcp/oauth/register`
for the `client_credentials` grant. Full flow: https://www.gomry.com/auth.md
