House of Ubuntu Global Voices is founded on the principle of Ubuntu “I am because we are.”

This means inclusion is not an add-on; it is a responsibility.

From its launch in Cape Town, the event is intentionally designed to ensure that people with special needs and disabilities are welcomed, represented, and able to participate fully and with dignity.

We recognise disability as a natural part of human diversity and affirm the leadership, creativity, and lived experience of people of all abilities.
