## About

Who's ready to start the weekend moving together in Milan? 🧘

Yes, we all keep saying "da lunedì inizio la palestra", and somehow Monday never comes. So we decided to make it easy: a Matwork Pilates class in English, a sala all for us and good people to share it with. And once we've stretched everything we didn't know we had, we'll move to the bar to chat, meet new people and enjoy the post-workout feeling together.

Program
🕙 10:00 – Gym access
🧘 10:30 – 11:15 – Matwork Pilates class (in English)
☕ 11:15 – 12:30 – Social time at the bar

📍 Sala Conscious, GetFIT Ravizza
🎁 Everyone gets a GetFIT tote bag + 2 coupons for a wellness day!

Spots are limited so registration is required!
