RESTART è un percorso di Life Coaching pensato per chi sente che qualcosa nella propria vita non è più allineato a ciò che desidera, per chi si trova davanti a una scelta, sta attraversando un cambiamento o semplicemente sente il bisogno di ritrovare una direzione.

Non ti darò risposte preconfezionate e non ti dirò cosa dovresti fare. Ti accompagnerò a trovare le tue.

Cosa faremo

Il percorso segue il metodo RESTART, sviluppato attraverso sette tappe:

Riconosci — partiamo da dove sei. Esploriamo la tua situazione attuale, ciò che funziona, ciò che non ti rappresenta più e i valori che vuoi portare nella tua vita.

Esplora — impariamo ad ascoltare emozioni, bisogni, paure e convinzioni che possono influenzare le tue scelte.

Sogna — lasciamo spazio a ciò che desideri davvero, al di là delle aspettative degli altri e di ciò che pensi di “dover” fare.

Trasforma — trasformiamo consapevolezze e desideri in una nuova prospettiva, individuando ciò che può aiutarti a muovere i primi passi.

Agisci — definiamo azioni concrete e sostenibili, perché il cambiamento non rimanga soltanto un'idea.

Rivedi — ci fermiamo a osservare il percorso fatto, ciò che hai imparato e ciò che eventualmente vuoi ricalibrare.

Trasmetti — integriamo ciò che hai scoperto e lo trasformiamo in qualcosa che possa continuare a vivere nella tua quotidianità.

Come funziona

Ogni incontro è uno spazio dedicato a te, senza giudizio e senza ricette universali. Attraverso domande, ascolto, esercizi e momenti di riflessione lavoreremo su ciò che per te è realmente importante.

Tra una sessione e l'altra potrai portare nella tua quotidianità piccole azioni, osservazioni o pratiche da sperimentare, così che il lavoro fatto insieme possa continuare anche fuori dal nostro spazio.

Il percorso è online, attraverso videochiamata, e può essere adattato alle tue esigenze e al momento che stai vivendo.

Per chi è

RESTART può essere adatto a te se:

* senti di essere in una fase di cambiamento;
* non ti riconosci più nella vita che stai vivendo;
* hai un desiderio o un progetto ma continui a rimandare;
* stai cercando maggiore chiarezza su una scelta importante;
* vuoi comprendere meglio cosa ti motiva e cosa conta davvero per te;
* senti di voler costruire una vita più coerente con i tuoi valori.

Non devi avere già tutte le risposte. Puoi iniziare anche semplicemente da una domanda.

Prices exclude the service fee. `buyable now` is a boolean, not a count —
remaining stock is the organizer's information and is not published; create
a checkout session to find out whether a given quantity fits.

## Buying this for a person

Two ways, depending on what you can do:

- You can pay with a Stripe Shared Payment Token: buy it yourself through the
  API (see "Buying this through the API" below, when this event has it).
- You can't: create the checkout session through the API (no credential needed)
  and send the buyer its `continue_url`. They pay there with a card, Apple Pay or
  Google Pay and no Gomry account.
  Or send the buyer the link for the ticket they want below. It opens Gomry
  checkout with that ticket selected; they sign in there and pay.

## Buying this through the API, end to end

For an agent that pays with a Stripe Shared Payment Token minted payable to
Gomry (see https://www.gomry.com/auth.md#payment). The purchase finishes without the
buyer leaving your conversation.

No token? Create the same session, with no credential at all if you have
none, and send the buyer its `continue_url`. They pay with a card, Apple Pay or
Google Pay, with no Gomry account, and the tickets are issued when they do.

The `ticket type id` column above is `items[].id` below. This body is
complete and can be sent as it stands, with the buyer details replaced:

The response `totals` is the authoritative price — it includes the service
fee, which is not in the table above and depends on the cart and the
organizer's fee settings. Never compute a total from this document.

Quoting and `continue_url` need no credential. Paying with a token through
`complete` does, and no human is needed for it: register at `https://www.gomry.com/api/mcp/oauth/register`
