On the 31st of October, The Table of Friends hosts its very first Halloween. One night. One house. One wicked society.
The iconic Balthazar becomes a haunted Victorian manor. Candles burn in every corner. Velvet everywhere. Shadows on the walls. The ghosts of Versailles and old Victorian salons come back for one last party: elegant, timeless, dressed to kill.
This is not an open night. Only a small circle will be summoned. The seats are few, the night is private, and once the doors close, what happens inside stays inside.
THE SUPPER · from 20:30
This is where the night begins, and where its secrets are kept.
At the heart of the manor, a table is set like nothing you have seen before. Every place is set for a name, and every name was chosen.
A fixed menu, carefully created for this night only, served course by course in the old Victorian way. The candles flicker, the portraits seem to listen, and the stories told at this table will not be told anywhere else.
AFTER DARK · from 23:30, till death do us part
Then the house wakes up. The music starts. More guests appear from the dark. We feast, we dance, and at midnight every clock in the manor stops. From then on, the night belongs to the ghosts.
DRESS CODE · Victorian, after dark
Come as you would to your own funeral at Versailles, if it were the party of the century. Victorian, dark and beautiful. Black tie, velvet, lace, corsets, long gloves, pearls, a veil or a mask if you dare. Be the heir with a secret, the widow who smiles too much, the countess who never aged, the gentleman nobody remembers inviting. Elegant, never a costume. A touch of blood red is welcome.
