About Event
A livestream ballet class for adults with limited or no prior dance experience.
Barre work, centre and stretch, taught in the Vaganova method by Jenny Levina, a certified Bolshoi Ballet Academy instructor.
Runs Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00 to 6:40 PM Eastern, as a four-week series of eight sessions. Drop-ins are welcome, so you can join any single class.
Ballet is the fastest way to improve your posture, balance and turns in Salsa and Ballroom. All you need is a bit of floor space.
