Join internationally recognized bachata instructor Gioia Cingolani (Italy)and Baychata Academy Certified Instructor Alex (USA) for an exclusive 8-week Bachata Training Programdesigned to elevate your technique, confidence, creativity, musicality, and partner connection.

Currently based in Barcelona, Gioia has taught at dance schools, festivals, and international congresses across Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Greece, Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Her unique ability to teach as both a leader and a follower gives students a deeper understanding of connection, communication, and partner dynamics—helping dancers become more versatile and well-rounded on the social dance floor.

Growing up immersed in music through years of figure skating and dance, Gioia developed the musical sensitivity and expressive movement that have become hallmarks of her teaching style. Her classes emphasize not only solid technique, but also body movement, interpretation of music, partner connection, and authentic self-expression. Her achievements include winning multiple Jack & Jill competitions in both Italy and Spain, while her passion lies in helping dancers discover their own style and confidence.

Throughout the program, Gioia will be joined by Alex, a Baychata Academy Certified Instructor who has taught throughout the Bay Area and leads the Bachata Program at Google. Together, they provide a supportive, structured training environment that blends world-class instruction with practical social dancing skills.
