Fridays 8:00 to 9:00 at the Alonzo King LINES Ballet Center. The hour most salsa dancers skip and later wish they hadn't.
No new patterns. Instead: spins and spotting, posture and frame, footwork precision, arm styling and the balance work that makes everything else stop being a struggle. Open to Level 1 and Level 2 dancers.
Included in the monthly and two-month passes.
