Chief Executive Officer
United Italian Societies is looking for its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO)!
As CEO, you will lead a global organisation of 100+ volunteers, represent a community of over 15,000 Italian students worldwide, and work alongside universities, institutions and C-level executives to shape the future of United Italian Societies.
What you'll do
Define and execute UIS's long-term strategic vision.
Lead and coordinate the Global Executive Team across all countries.
Support, mentor and empower Country Managers and Chapter leadership.
Build and strengthen relationships with universities, institutions, companies and strategic partners.
Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, sponsors and members of the Advisory Board.
Lead sponsorship, fundraising and partnership initiatives to support the organisation's growth.
Drive the long-term growth, sustainability and international expansion of UIS.
Represent UIS at conferences, institutional meetings and flagship events around the world

Previous experience in student organisations or leadership roles is a strong plus.
