France Marketing Officer

Marketing Officer – UIS France Chapter
Important: This is a voluntary position. The UIS executive team is made up of volunteers.
Time required: ~3 hours per week

United Italian Societies (UIS France) is looking for a bright, passionate, and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as an Officer. In this role, you’ll support the development of our marketing strategy, manage social media channels, and help create engaging content during events and activities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the visibility and growth of UIS in France while gaining valuable experience in marketing, communications, and branding.

Responsibilities

Create and implement content plans across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to boost engagement and visibility of our activities.
Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials, to communicate our mission and upcoming events.
Assist in liaising with external partners, including sponsors, media outlets, and other student organizations, to strengthen our network and brand presence.
Engage with our online community, responding to messages and interacting with followers to build a strong and positive relationship with our audience.
Collaborate with local UIS chapters to promote events and initiatives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

An Italian student currently enrolled at a French university.
A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, communications, and community building.
Experience with social media management and a good understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with firms, media outlets, and stakeholders.
A positive team player, reliable and enthusiastic about contributing to a volunteer-driven project.
