Here is Arcadia, the go-to network for Italian students willing to become startuppers! "HR Outsourcing" is the way we call something we've implemented to provide startups having no structured HR processes with an original way to select their candidates for internship roles: organizing job shadowing days between the hiring founders and candidates! This way founders test candidates much better than via a series of interviews, and candidates still gain a valuable experience to grow as wannabe founders!

Afterwards, the Job Shadowing Day will be your chance to find the ideal candidate you’d love to have for that job in the office starting the very next day!
