Please follow the steps below:

Assess the proposal by providing the strengths and weaknesses for each of the following areas:
- Research Goal and Innovation
- Project Description / Methodology
- Expected Results
- Possible Industrial Applications
Provide an overall recommendation by selecting one of the following options:
- Strongly Recommended – Excellent proposal
- Recommended – Solid proposal
- Neutral – Average proposal
- Not Recommended – Significant weaknesses

At the end of the form, there will be an additional section for any further comments you may wish to provide.
