For the upcoming webinar in collaboration with Silicon Valley Study Tour, Innovit - Italian Innovation and Culture Hub, ITA - Italian Trade Agency, Montgomery Street and Gomry, Caterina Vernieri will share her experience as Assistant Professor at Stanford University.
Caterina earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Physics of Fundamental Interaction from the University of Pisa. Subsequently, she obtained her PhD in Physics with honors (cum Laude) from Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa in 2014.
Starting in 2015, she held the position of Distinguished Researcher at Fermilab LHC Physics Center and also served as a Panofsky Fellow at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
As of 2022, she assumed the role of Assistant Professor at Stanford University.
