Netherlands Head of Mentoring
Important: this position is voluntary based
Time required: 4 hours per week
United Italian Societies (UIS) is looking for a motivated and strategic individual to lead our Mentoring Program in the Netherlands, a key initiative that connects Italian students abroad with experienced professionals for guidance and support.

Coordinate the mentoring program in the Netherlands, in line with UIS global team guidelines
Identify and contact professionals, alumni, and companies based in the Netherlands interested in mentoring Italian students
Support and match mentees enrolled at Dutch universities with suitable mentors
Monitor the overall progress of the program and offer support throughout the mentoring cycle
Collaborate with Heads and Officers from other countries to ensure alignment and share best practices
Work closely with the Netherlands Country Manager and the Global Head of Mentoring
Who we are looking for:
An Italian student currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands
Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
A positive attitude and the ability to communicate professionally with mentors, companies, and fellow students
Experience in student associations or mentoring-related projects is a plus, but motivation and reliability matter most
Willingness to actively contribute to an impactful initiative that supports fellow Italian students abroad
