Client Relationship Manager – UIS Job Board (ITAlent) Team
Important: This is a volunteer position. The UIS executive team operates on a voluntary basis.
Time required: 4 hours per week.
United Italian Societies (UIS) is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to oversee and grow the UIS Job Board (ITAlent) initiative, aimed at connecting Italian talent abroad with meaningful career opportunities. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with our partners, promoting job opportunities, and helping Italian students access resources to advance their professional development.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring they are engaged and actively contributing to the Job Board initiative.
Identify and onboard new companies and organizations interested in providing job opportunities to Italian students abroad.
Interview our partners for content and media purposes in order to showcase the opportunity the partner offers.
Act as the point of contact for companies posting opportunities, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to publication on the Job Board.
Regularly update and monitor the Job Board to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality of job listings.
Collaborate with the UIS executive team to develop strategies for expanding the Job Board’s reach and effectiveness.
Support the overall mission of UIS by helping students access career opportunities aligned with their studies and aspirations.
Who We Are Looking For
An Italian student who is passionate about connecting Italian talent abroad with professional opportunities.
A natural communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and UIS members.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Someone who values teamwork and collaboration, bringing energy and positivity to the UIS executive team.
Previous experience in relationship management or project coordination is a plus but not required.
