United Italian Societies (UIS) is looking for a bright, passionate and positive individual to drive the institutional relations for our student-led think tank, the UIS Research Centre. The role will involve interacting with major Italian media and institutions to promote the research produced within the research centre.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships between the Research Centre and external institutions such as embassies, universities, and government bodies.
Collaborate with the Head of Policy Collaboration to identify potential partnerships for research.
Act as a liaison between the Research Centre and external entities.
Who we are looking for:
An Italian student currently enrolled at a university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
Demonstrated experience or interest in public relations, institutional relations, or stakeholder engagement.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for research and a genuine interest in supporting the Italian student community abroad.

The UIS Research Centre stands as a student-led think tank, deeply rooted in the principles of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Our primary objective is to harness the potential of bright and dedicated Italian students, providing them with a platform to craft well-researched policy proposals and insightful articles.
Our commitment is not just to produce research, but to shape future leaders and thinkers who can drive change through informed policy-making and thought leadership. Students will be given the possibility to produce their own paper together with Italian PhD students and Professors, which will then be presented to our community and Italian institutions.
