Recruiting: Swiss Marketing Officer - Marketing team

Important: this position is voluntary based, the UIS executive team is based on a voluntary work.

Time required: 2 hours per week

United Italian Societies (UIS) is looking for a bright, passionate and positive individual to support of marketing strategy in any of our chapters, managing our social media and producing content during our events and activities.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement content plans across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) to increase engagement and visibility of our activities.

Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials, that effectively communicate our mission and upcoming events.

Assist in liaising with external partners, including sponsors, media outlets, and other student organizations, to enhance our network and brand presence.

Engage with our online community, respond to messages, and interact with followers to foster a strong and positive relationship with our audience.

Collaborate with local chapters to promote events and activities, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Who we are looking for:

An Italian student currently enrolled at a Swiss university.
A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, communications, and community building.
Experience with social media management and a good understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with major firms, media outlets, and stakeholders.
A positive attitude, able to work well as part of a team.
