Important: this position is voluntary based, the UIS executive team is based on a voluntary work.
Time required: 4 hours per week
United Italian Societies is looking for a bright, passionate and positive individual to drive the growth and development of the UIS community in the UK, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration among Italian students in the country.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with students to understand their needs and interests, tailoring events and initiatives to enhance their overall experience.
Plan and execute social events to bring Italian students together. Events may range from informal gatherings such as aperitivi to larger, themed events designed to strengthen community ties.
Innovate and diversify the types of events offered to ensure wide appeal and consistent participation.
Manage relationships with Italian Society presidents, ensuring clear communication of initiatives, updates, and event plans, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned with UIS goals.
Coordinate with other country heads and community leaders to share best practices and collaborate on larger UIS events or initiatives.

Italian student in a UK university.
Loves to gather people and organise fun events in London and around the UK.
Works well with a team and drives them successfully.
