The UIS Spain Finance Team is recruiting!
If you're passionate about finance, strategy, and high-impact partnerships, this is your opportunity to join one of the most dynamic UIS country teams.
As part of the Finance Team, you’ll play a central role in managing sponsorships, fundraising, and institutional relations to support Italian students across Spain. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building partnerships with leading firms, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and designing sustainable financial strategies for national and university-level initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Connect and build relationships with Spanish and international firms, foundations, and organizations that share UIS’s mission.
Pitch partnership and sponsorship opportunities that help UIS Spain expand its reach and impact.
Strategically manage and allocate funding for events, mentoring programs, and community projects organized across Spanish universities.
Support the planning and financial management of fundraising campaigns, dinners, and flagship events such as the Italian Symposium Spain.
Help shape long-term financial strategies to ensure sustainability while keeping all UIS services completely free for students.

Italian students or young professionals currently based in Spain, motivated by finance, partnerships, or strategic work.
Strong communicators who enjoy connecting with institutions and thinking creatively about growth opportunities.
Organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of impactful projects.
Previous experience in student associations, business clubs, or financial roles is a plus.
