UIS Executive Alumni onboarding! 🌍🇮🇹

We are incredibly grateful to anyone that was part of our journey and we absolutely want to maintain contact so that we can stay up to date with the incredible achievements our alumni will accomplish. At the same time, we would like to share all the internal updates our organisation will face, such that our alumni can still keep being part of the journey and share their views or thoughts to help us make UIS better.

This is why we are developing an Alumni program within UIS. The key to UIS's success are its people and we absolutely want to leverage this and create one big family. This onboarding form is the start of this program and is designed to collect the essential information we need to:

Present you as part of our Alumni executive team (name, university, photo, contact details)
Ensure transparency and compliance (NDA, bylaws, privacy policy)
Keep you in the loop with anything happening within UIS, you will be updated at the same pace as when you were a volunteer and get access to any opportunities or events our volunteers will be invited to.

What you’ll need to complete this form:

Personal details: name, surname, email, phone number, university
Profile photo: to be shown on our website and team page
Signed NDA (upload required). This is needed as you will have access to confidential information and data.

Once completed, you will officially be part of the UIS Alumni Executive Team.
