UIS Journalism Initiative

In this role, you'll be leading a collaboration between UIS and a prominent Italian newspaper. You will oversee the publication of articles in our dedicated journalistic column, penned by Italian students from our network. This is an opportunity to bridge the gap between cultures and showcase the perspectives and voices of young Italian talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with both the UIS team and the Italian newspaper’s editorial team to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Reviewing and approving articles submitted by students for content accuracy, clarity, and adherence to journalistic standards.

• Providing feedback to the student writers, fostering their growth and ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of content.

• Ensuring that deadlines are met and the column remains consistent in its publishing schedule.

• Representing UIS in any meetings or discussions with the newspaper team and acting as the main point of contact.

Please note that the articles will be in Italian, so fluency in the language is essential. Additionally, a background in journalism or a related field, as well as experience working with young writers, would be a great asset.
