Spain Marketing Officer
UIS Spain is recruiting its next Marketing Officer!
Help shape how UIS Spain communicates, grows, and engages with Italian students across the country through social media, campaigns, events, and creative content.
Important: This is a volunteer position. The UIS executive team operates entirely on a voluntary basis.
Time commitment: Approximately 3–4 hours per week, with a higher commitment around major campaigns and events.
The Role
As Spain Marketing Officer, you will support the communication and digital presence of UIS Spain.
You will work closely with the UIS Spain team and the Global Marketing Team to promote events, opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives, while helping strengthen the UIS brand across Spain.
This is a hands-on role for someone interested in communication, branding, social media, and content creation.
What You’ll Do
Create and publish content for UIS Spain’s social media channels.
Support communication campaigns for events, recruiting, partnerships, and other UIS initiatives.
Produce graphics, carousels, stories, and other digital materials following UIS brand guidelines.
Write clear and engaging copy tailored to the UIS student community.
Support live coverage of events through photos, videos, stories, and recap content.
Coordinate with the Community, External Relations, Finance, and Symposium teams to promote their initiatives.
Help monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to ensure consistency across UIS countries.
Contribute new ideas and formats to strengthen the visibility of UIS Spain.
Who We’re Looking For
An Italian student or young professional currently based in Spain.
Interested in marketing, communication, social media, or content creation.
Creative, organized, and reliable.
Strong written communication skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively and managing deadlines.
Experience with Canva, social media management, photography, video, or design is a plus, but not required.
Italian and English required; Spanish is a plus.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute interview with members of the UIS Spain leadership team.
Selected candidates will join UIS Spain for the 2026/2027 academic year.
