HUSTLE Calgary Entrepreneur Networking — Pro Active Networking Events
HUSTLE Calgary’s Most Action-Oriented Networking for Ambitious Founders & Entrepreneurs
Your next co-founder. Your first investor. Your biggest client.
They could all be at this event.
If you're building a business — or ready to start one — HUSTLE Calgary is where high-energy entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and create real opportunities. No fluff. No awkward small talk. Just meaningful connections that move the needle.
Whether you're launching a startup, scaling a side hustle, or raising your first round, this is your chance to meet mentors, investors, future team members, and fellow go-getters who can help you accelerate faster.
Why You Should Come:
- Meet founders, freelancers and innovators who are doing the work — not just talking about it
- Share ideas, get feedback on your MVP, or find your next business partner
- Discover investor leads, pilot customers, or early adopters for your product
- Walk away with 3–5 valuable new connections (we make sure you actually talk to people)
Perfect For:
Startup founders | Aspiring entrepreneurs | Solopreneurs | Side-hustlers | Freelancers | Investors | Innovators
This is NOT your average “handshake and hope” networking event. We keep it fast-paced, inclusive and founder-focused — with structured mingling to help you actually meet the right people.
It’s FREE to attend — but space is limited and there is the expectation you buy a full priced drink at the bar.
Grab your ticket now before we sell out — again.
Where: Social Beer Haus, 220 8 Avenue Southwest, Calgary, AB, T2P 1B5
Bring: Your business cards, your energy, and what you’re working on
About the venue
A large bar and grill rated 4.3 from more than 1,100 reviews, mid-priced, open until 11pm midweek. It is a busy, sociable room rather than a quiet one, better for circulating than for a long one-to-one conversation. Reviewers mention a Wednesday wing special that draws a crowd.
Getting there
The venue is on Stephen Avenue in the middle of downtown. The nearest CTrain stop is 7 Street SW, roughly ten minutes' walk west along 8th Avenue and inside the free fare zone, so travel along the 7th Avenue corridor costs nothing; 8 Street SW is a couple of minutes further. A surface lot at 208 9 Ave SW is one minute away and Bankers Hall Parkade two, and evening rates downtown are far below weekday rates.
Doors 5pm. Don’t just network. Make things happen.
