# Florida Flamingos

The Florida Flamingos were a charter franchise of World Team Tennis (WTT). Founded by Ted Cohen and Butch Buchholz, this tennis team played only one season before folding after the 1974 season. During their single active year, the Flamingos finished with a record of 19 wins and 25 losses. This performance placed the team in third place in the Gulf Plains Section, meaning they missed the playoffs.
