# South Carolina Gamecocks Women's Basketball

The South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team represents the University of South Carolina and competes in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Under head coach Dawn Staley, the team won NCAA Championships in 2017, 2022, and 2024, and was the national runner-up in 2025 and 2026. The program secured ten SEC regular season titles and nine SEC tournament titles between the 2013-14 and 2025-26 seasons. Previously, under head coach Nancy Wilson in the 1980s, the team won five regular season and three tournament championships in the Metro Conference.
