Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify motivated individuals who share UIS's mission and values.

Stage 1 – Application

Complete the application form and tell us about your background, motivations and the role(s) you are interested in.

Stage 2 – Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to one or more interviews with members of the current UIS leadership team.

Throughout the process, we will assess motivation, leadership potential, communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and alignment with UIS's mission and values.
